Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Standard terms require 50% advance and 50% upon completion.
We provide warranties on equipment and workmanship as specified in individual contracts, typically 1-3 years.
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided under the contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
